Tenants Sounding Board - Open to all tenants of Meres and Mosses Housing Association. Just let us know your contact details and the level of involvement that suits you best.
Postal Questionnaires - You could receive a survey or questionnaire from Meres and Mosses. It should only take a few minutes of your time to complete and will help us to continually monitor and improve the services we provide.
Telephone Surveys - Tenants can carry out telephone survey interviews on various services we provide, which will be monitoring the performance of Meres and Mosses, and the results will be used to improve our services to you.
Armchair Representative - Give us your views from the comfort of your own home via email, text, letter or phone.
Quality and Design Forum-This group works in partnership with Meres and Mosses staff to agree specifications for the planned improvement programme, select contractors and review the work.
Void Inspectors - This involves members of the QDF visiting an empty property before it is re-let to check out the standard.
Communication Group - Working alongside staff to produce the quarterly newsletter. Developing information leaflets, the tenants handbook and Meres and Mosses website.
