Getting involved really does help. Tenants have been working very hard with staff over the last three years to ensure that the promises made for improvements to homes and housing services are actually what local tenants want.
 

MMHA will continue to work closely with tenants to ensure that those promises made by the Council on our behalf are turned into reality, and that tenants' homes and housing services meet the highest standards.
 

The more you get involved the greater the benefit to everyone but we understand that people lead busy lives and different levels of involvement will suit different people. We've therefore developed a wide menu of opportunities so that you can participate on a level which suits you.

 

We will ensure that resident involvement is accessible to everyone and will make sure that no one is treated less favourably than anyone else because of race, religion, gender marital status, sexual orientation, disability, class or age.
