Reporting a Repair

When reporting a repair make sure you have all the relevant details to hand. The more details you have about the problem the better equipped the Customer Service Advisor will be to log the repair.

The details of the repair and category will be passed to the contractor who will contact you to confirm when they will attend to the repair.
 
If the repair can't be easily identified by the Customer Service Advisor, an Area Surveyor will attend the property within 5 days to access the repair.
