Estate Management

The vast majority of our tenants are happy with the areas where they live, but we are always working to improve the appearance of our estates.
 
Grounds Maintenance
Our grounds maintenance contract is renewed every three years and we use local companies to carry out the work. To monitor performance, our Neighbourhood Services Officers use a team of tenant inspectors to report back after each grass cut. Regular review meetings are held with the contractors to feedback any concerns and make changes to the contract.
 
Environmental Improvement
Each Neighbourhood Services Officer has an annual estate budget to make any improvements they feel are needed. Their budgets can be used to fund one off items. This year the officers have used their money to erect new fencing, buy new washing lines and install parking bollards.
 
Neighbourhood Services Officers ensure all sites are visited each month and complete a report form to note any major issues.
 
Anti-Social Behaviour
The Association has a comprehensive anti-social behaviour policy and is committed to taking all complaints seriously. We act quickly to try and stop this type of behaviour and have successfully used the countrywide mediation service to solve long standing disputes.
