If you require a repair to your property you can call us anytime. Even if you call out of office hours, your call will be answered and our staff are always available to deal with emergencies.
To report a repair telephone the number below. The Customer Service Advisor will take the details and categorise your repair into either emergency, urgent, routine or planned category

Emergency – we will respond within two hours and complete the emergency work within 24 hours.
The details of the repair and category will be passed to the contractor who will contact you to let you know when they will attend to your repair.
If the repair can't be easily identified by the Customer Service Advisor, an Area Surveyor will visit the property within 5 days to assess the repair.
We will be able to carry out your repairs much quicker if you give us as much information as you can about the problem.
Once you have reported your repair, you will recieve an acknowledgement by post detailing the repair that has been ordered and a response time. You will also recieve a satisfaction questionaire.
Remember: you may be charged for any damage you cause, accidental or otherwise. You are advised to take out contents insurance and to check that you are covered for damage to your personal possessions and to any of the association's fittings.
