Our grounds maintenance contract is renewed every three years and we use local companies to carry out the work. To monitor performance, our Neighbourhood Services Team use our tenant inspectors to report back after each grass cut. Regular review meetings are held with the contractors to feedback any concerns and make changes to the contract.

The Fairfields estate also has a dedicated Caretaker.

 

The Neighbourhood Services Team has an annual estate budget to make any improvements they feel are needed. Their budget can be used to fund one off items. This year the Team have used their money to erect new fencing, buy new washing lines and install parking bollards.

 

Monthly site visits are made to note any major issues.
