Welcome to Meres and Mosses Housing Association.
 
We build, re-develop and maintain good quality homes that people want to live in, with rents that people can afford to pay. 
Meres and Mosses Housing Association was formed in 2007 when North Shropshire District Council transferred all of its housing stock to us as a not-for-profit housing association.
 
We currently own and manage over 2300 properties in and around North Shropshire and as part of the Shropshire Housing Group we will contribute towards the development of 500 new homes by 2013.
 
Our aim is to meet and exceed the Decent Homes Standard set out by the government, to improve services for our residents and to provide new homes for future generations.
